Just accept things the way they are. Hold your hand up to your mistake, such as the social media. Let people have their points to say about you. Let them discipline you/fire you. Solution: Find a workplace where you can be yourself. Where people can approach you And you won't be judged for your bubbiliness. Or indirect racism of your behaviour, such as we can't approach you/tainting your name. Get a 2nd job.
It annoys me how my so-called family, does not respect my aphobia, narcissistic family members. If I'm scared of a cat, do not guilt trip me into not letting it into the house. It is not my responsibility and I am not the owner of the cat! Solution: on work days, dinner, bath and lounge in bedroom! What is it that you are doing in your life to attract/reinforce this behaviour? Who are the people that respect that you have this aphobia? Spend a week with them!
