Don't Manipulate Situations

 Just accept things the way they are. 

  • Hold your hand up to your mistake, such as the social media.
  • Let people have their points to say about you.
  • Let them discipline you/fire you.
Solution:
  • Find a workplace where you can be yourself.
  • Where people can approach you
  • And you won't be judged for your bubbiliness.
  • Or indirect racism of your behaviour, such as we can't approach you/tainting your name.
  • Get a 2nd job.

Guilt Trip & Manipulation

 It annoys me how my so-called family, does not respect my aphobia, narcissistic family members. If I'm scared of a cat, do not guilt trip me into not letting it into the house. It is not my responsibility and I am not the owner of the cat! Solution: on work days, dinner, bath and lounge in bedroom! What is it that you are doing in your life to attract/reinforce this behaviour? Who are the people that respect that you have this aphobia? Spend a week with them!
